"This wind that comes from the sea also inspired the architecture, creating a movement on the roofs that look like the wings of birds flapping in the air. All the en suite bedrooms have ocean views, as does the deck, private swimming pool, gourmet kitchen area, and all the rooms and living space."

When he went to visit the site of Nampur Brisa for the first time, architect Caio Bandeira was struck by the sea breeze and panoramic view, which, in his words, give it a contemplative coziness. The residences were inspired by a rooftop concept, not that they have an area above the house for contemplation, but wherever you are, the breeze provides a pleasant and fresh ambiance.

The beach houses that have come to life in his project were inspired by the vernacular architecture, that of the fisherman who arrived here, made his first house, and valued craftsmanship. "That wooden house, with just a single sloped roof. From an architectural point of view, it's the simplest building that exists," he explains. That is why the roofs of the Brisa houses are shaped that way.

The models were each implemented differently from one another in order to make the most of the land, give unique movement to the condominium, and enjoy the beautiful landscape. "If you look from the road, it looks like a small single-story house. But when you enter, you're faced with a beautiful view, a double-height ceiling, and that horizon. Then, go down the stairs and you reach the swimming pool and deck. In others, you enter by going up stairs or a ramp and are met by the swimming pool and deck." The most important feature for him is the unique view, around which the architecture was designed and focused on.
