Restaurante Floresta Trancoso
Another restaurant by Fernando Droghetti, also know as Jacaré do Brasil, the Floresta restaurant is a real experience, which can be enjoyed by car, bicycle or horseback. Outside of the Quadrado, it is located on a 400-hectare rubber plantation, near the Rio da Barra (one of the most beautiful on the south coast of Bahia), it offers homemade food and only opens for lunch. With a farm-To-Table concept, it prioritizes local ingredients and rural recipes, but only serves upon reservation. Make a reservation and you won’t regret it!
