The residences provide the feeling of catching sight of the sea from the cabin of a passenger ship and the landscaping rescues the region's native Atlantic forest, listed by the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage (Iphan).
Inspired by the local architecture, the houses exalt materials that accentuate the natural beauty and provide sophistication and comfort. Elements of the architecture together with the wood and stone complete the mission of the project’s French creator, Sara Romano Afonso.

Going to the beach doesn't mean long walks or driving. Falésia has hidden and exclusive access through the middle of dense native vegetation, on the hillside of the development. On full moon nights, the Earth's satellite appears in the middle of the vastness of the ocean.
