At 29 years of age, Victor Meireles is the co-founder and CEO of Nampur. At 53 years of age, the businessman is the father of Victor Meireles, co-founder of the real estate development company. His passion for building houses in the region has passed down to the next generation of the family.

Glaucia Maciel is the name behind a multi-disciplinary educational technology for sensory stimulation in early childhood, called Sementes Brilhantes (Bright Seeds). The initiative is being used on more than 100 children in three different childcare facilities supported by Nampur in the south of Bahia.
